Please note that unlike many other auctions, participation in UNB auctions does not require a security deposit as a pledge of your integrity and responsibility.

UKRNEFTEBURITY PJSC (Seller) trusts the Buyers and has no doubt that by making a price offer to purchase the Commodities they understand the consequences of their actions and are ready to conclude a contract and perform respective contractual obligations.

1. In order to participate in the auction, an Application for Participation must be submitted. The Bid contains the Initial Bid and the Bid Volume. The Initial Bid, as well as the subsequent supported bids, are your commercial offer (offer) with the corresponding performance obligations.
2. You may join in the auction throughout the duration of the auction by submitting an Application

Dear Buyers, To make our cooperation clear, transparent and mutually beneficial we would like to inform you of the Rules of Participation in the auctions held by UKRNEFTEBURITY PJSC (hereinafter referred to as "UNB auctions").

Key terms in NSA auctions:

Bid - the price bid for the purchase of the Goods.

Initial Bid - the Bid which is indicated in the Auction Application.

Commodity - oil, gas condensate, light hydrocarbon gas condensate.

Volume at Bid - the maximum quantity of Goods which the Buyer is ready to purchase at this Bid Please note that unlike many other auctions, participation in the UNB auctions does not require a security deposit as a pledge of your integrity and responsibility.
