The anti-state and anti-social court decision on the claim of the State Service of Geology and Subsoil of Ukraine put the residents of the village of Kytchenkivka in Kharkiv region on the brink of survival. However, the company's specialists found a technical opportunity to supply gas to the residents.

PrJSC MC Ukrnaftoburinnya resumed gas supply to the networks that supply gas to the population using its own communications.

Until December 1, 2023, the village received natural gas directly from the company's production facilities. However, pursuant to the ruling of the Sixth Administrative Court of Appeal, the special subsoil use permit was revoked at the initiative of the State Service of Geology and Mineral Resources.

According to the court ruling, the company was forced to stop production at the Sakhalin oil and gas condensate field and, as a result, gas supplies to the residents of Kitchenkivka were cut off.

"Ukrnaftoburinnya resumed gas supply using the gas produced during the license period and stored in its own pipelines.

The pressure of this gas in the process lines will allow the company to supply gas to the residents of Kytchenkivka village for a certain period of time.

At the same time, the company is filing a cassation appeal with the Supreme Court. The company hopes that lawful actions, common sense and awareness of the situation on the part of state authorities, officials and law enforcement will prevail.
